Cookie Problem on the Forums

Fixed thanks to you. I can't believe the default for this board was set like this:

print 'Set-Cookie: ' . $cookie_name . '=' . $cookie_value . ';';

print ' expires=Fri, 31-Dec-2010 00:00:00 GMT;';

I changed it to 2020 so when we have the same problem again in 10 years someone remind me what's going on ;)
