New Interview: Gregg Cattanach

First, the excerpt from the interview talking about clocks, baffle boxes, and rolling tubes in tournament play:
In my time since 1999 at well over 100 ABT tournaments I have NEVER experienced or even heard a credible story of someone at an ABT event cheating with legitimate (non-gaffed) precision dice and a lipped dice cup, (though the story in Europe may be different.)
I took the statement as Casper did, a reply to Ed O'laughlin's recent interview that Phil also posted. Without that interview I don't think Gregg would have said a thing about Europe.
Just mentioning it like that sends a message that he finds it conceivable that cheating could well be going on in Europe.
Let's assume as you have that he has been to zero or even very few tourneys in Europe ... wouldn't it only make sense that he find it conceivable cheating is happening there since he knows no better? There are many places in the world I haven't been and know nothing about the bg scene there, I find it conceivable that cheating could be happening in all of these places.
