I decided to go all the way to 46k even though it was 100% confidence after 5k. Here are the results after every 5k:

Imagine if the first 5k rollout you performed yielded the result that happened between 20k >> 25k or 31k >> 35k and you figured that was good enough. You'd have quite a different perception of the closeness of the plays.
