I only see two moves that I like, and both start with 21/16, 15/10.

After that we can give up the anchor, finishing with 21/16(2), or keep the anchor with 10/5, 16/11. Since we're leaving a direct shot, I like keeping the anchor.

Summary: 21/11, 15/5.
