In Response To: Why use clocks? (Chuck Bower)

Chuck, this was not my understanding after talking with Bill Davis. When I spoke to him about the clock policy, he seemed willing to impose clocks on known slow players. He said to me, "if you are paired against (a GoB known for slow play) and you want to use a clock, you can".

I wonder if Bill will read this thread and elucidate his policy.
