Blue to play 55

There are four categories of movements:

UppeR: Anywhere on the far side (ups and runs)
Down: To or within the outer board
Jump: Outer to inner board (jumping over the bar)
    Inside: Within the inner board

Each portion of a doublet should be considered separately. For example, the move Bar/5 is actually four portions (Bar/20, 20/15, 15/10 and 10/5) described as 2 uppers, 1 down, 1 jump and 0 inside. So that we don't have to keep repeating the category names, let's call that a combination or permutation (or code?) of 2110.

I'm repeating your six suggested candidate moves below, with their combinations in parentheses. (I've changed the order, for discussion purposes.)

    bar/10 13/8 (2200)
    bar/10 18/13 (3100)
    bar/15 18/8 (3100)
    bar/15 18/13 8/3 (3010)
    bar/5 (2110)
    bar/10 8/3 (2110)

The easiest one is Bar/10 13/8 (2200), which is B. With 2 uppers and 2 downs, it resembles in essence any other B move, such as the one shown in the first diagram here.

Bar/15 18/8 (3100) is S. For doublets, 3 uppers and 1 down belongs to the S family. [This used to be B, before the S and Z sidekicks were created.]

Similarly, Bar/10 18/13 (3100) is s. It also makes a point, but it ranks lower in the S-family (than bar/15 18/8) because the 8pt is closer to the 6pt (than the 13pt is). [This used to be b, before B's S and Z sidekicks were created.]

Bar/15 18/13 8/3 (3010). If this were a 2020 (2 uppers and 2 jumps), it would be C, resembling the move in the fourth diagram here. However, instead of 2:2 ratio, it is a 3:1 ratio, which underlines the letter. Thus, the answer is C.

The fifth and sixth moves are in the Y (Yoga split) family. Please wait for the updated tutorial, as those will be easier to understand in the larger context. For now, you can use "5" and "03" for those moves, respectively, denoting the point destinations.
