What about Europe?

In Response To: One division only? (MFIC)

CJC posts the results of many worldwide tournaments and I use those for determining my Giants votes, so eventually I review them carefully. I've noticed that in Europe it's not unusual to award 4-4-2, or even 8-4-2. I'm not referring to just the big tournaments (e.g. MCWC and Nordic Open) but events with open fields of <100 players.

I don't know if all the listed places actually pay.

Can anyone confirm (and better yet, detail) my observation?
