If there was no value in the matches, then Mr Nunez would not have had any reason to care that I posted the matches, nor would there have ever been any value to USBGF given the fact that to date the USBGF doesn't even annotate the matches they post.

The value to intermediate/advanced players is to see how a real life human would play positions (that may at times not be what the bot says). People can learn by watching matches.

And I can say that is the case for me. As most know I hardly play, but I have a reasonably good PR for someone who basically watches BG rather than plays it. And my knowledge has pretty much come from looking at other people playing.
