You might wonder why I suggested this play. I was down 9-0/11 a number of years ago and I couldn't get anything going. As a joke to my luck I played opening 6-4 by pulling both of the 13 pt, opp rolled double 5, I rolled double 1, opp rolled double 5, I cubed. Opponent went ballistic and said I would only play an opening 64 that way because I knew what I was going to roll after. They complained in public to the host, seriously abused me in the lobby, made far flung accusations, and then they were DQ'ed for unsportsmanlike conduct.

Opening 6-4 in that case was clearly the right play ;-)
