If you want to delete already imported and analyzed games so that you can analyze them again with the new resignation setting, then you can do that in the 'results' tab of the player profile dialog. Select the game in the list and then I think you can right-click it and delete it.
Ok it can be time-consuming if you have a lot of analyzed games, but at least it is possible.
