Misja: If you want to delete already imported and analyzed games so that you can analyze them again with the new resignation setting, then you can do that in the 'results' tab of the player profile dialog. Select the game in the list and then I think you can right-click it and delete it. Ok it can be time-consuming if you have a lot of analyzed games, but at least it is possible.

Most sites store a match id in their save games, if you are importing from such site (GammonSite, GridGammon, true money game amongst many) you do not need to delete the previously analyzed match from the profile, it will be overriden by the new analyze.

For site that do not save the match id (Fibs for instance) the id is based on the imported match file date. If you did not modify the file it will also override the old analyze, otherwise, you need to do that you described in your post
