How about slotting 62 at gammon save?

Sorry, I have no hard data for opening 62$ at save. FWIW, Snowie's fake AtS data has $ at -.038.

For reference, GnuBG is s[S R13] /15.

When the opponent has a deep point (and/or many checkers in the zone), the s/g $ paradigm (i.e., $ being more right or less wrong at gammon save than at gammon go) is sometimes reversed. For example...

    53P-62 s[$ S21 R32] /5
    .............g[$ S11 D17] /5
