You didn't mention wacky plays like 4/2 3/2 that try to keep the back checker bottled up. Don't think that's right but it's worth thinking about.

For money I think I'd play 7/6 7/5. Here, though, gammon losses don't matter so I'd be inclined to leave the 7pt slotted with something like 7/5 4/3. I don't like hitting because White doesn't have a lot of time left herself so I'd rather force her to move.
