Streaming Live Video

This is for broadcasting your desktop or holding online seminars. This is not for streaming video. Perhaps it's doable to go from video camera to broadcasting on a computer and allowing everyone to view your desktop but not exactly what I had in mind. I already have Webex btw which is the same thing so I might give it a try to see what it produces.
