In particular, what is the definition of "vigorously" and what is the definition of "from a discernible height"? Who decides if one die hits the surface before the other is out of the cup?

I'm not talking about picking nits. I'm talking about people who do NO shaking whatsoever.

(Instant replay would be nice. :)

I videotaped our entire match on Sunday. When I get around to transcribing it, I'll let you know if you ever failed to shake your dice. =)
