I like this idea. I would grade it in terms of PR for sure. A good PR would be much higher than normal of course. Maybe between 4 and 10 if the positions were truly difficult/obscure. I would have to bet against you completing this without a collaborator in the next 3 years. I agree it is absolutely amazing how one can play at a respectable PR and be so clueless in certain positions that aren't that difficult but were never studied.
