I'm not sure how you're defining PR in this context, but I cannot imagine getting a PR less than 10 on a killer quiz designed by Stick if you define it in terms of EMG per position. In a typical backgammon match, the majority of decisions are "nexts" even for a donkey like me, so the denominator is very large. But every position in Stick's quiz would be a toughie. He would also probably include a far higher proportion of ATS cube decisions than one would encounter in live play, and your EMG loss can quickly shoot through the roof with just a couple of mistakes.
One other comment regarding higonefive's thought that Stick's quiz would be a good diagnostic analysis of one's weaknesses: To some extent that might be true, but as I understand it, Stick would be highlighting issues that don't necessarily come up that often in live play. So mastering the positions in such a quiz would increase your knowledge of some obscure corners of the game, but wouldn't necessarily improve your practical results as efficiently as simply studying your own matches.
