It's tough to compile a current list because so many players don't play where their matches can be obtained. Falafel, MCG, Weaver, and some that play enough and Iancho (or anyone) would be able to compile enough of their matches to be meaningful. I believe there are a few people that would average under a 3 PR, esp. if that was the main purpose of the matches.

Players aren't giving their full attention to the match at hand, they have a pip count available, they can't make illegal moves, it's possible they could check a bot and play at the same time, etc... I play XG often and on the sessions where I try to devote my full attention to playing I feel I average a 2.0. I have not collected/tracked any hardcore data so this is nothing more than a feeling. I want to know if it's possible for a human to average under a 2 PR according to at least XGR+, best rollouts of course. I think it is, others have told me they don't think it's possible.
