Your "why suck" border is too low.

My guess is that if someone plays 4,2 in every match, then he will win the majority of his matches in the best flights of most tournaments and he will never have below 45% in any match.

Even the best players in the world suck from time to time when 4+ means sucking. That doesn't sit well with me.

I would make the divisions like this:

0 - 2,5 World class

2,6 - 3,9 Expert

4,0 - 5,4 Advanced

5,5+ why suck
