Agree on all counts. My goal was more to cover the psychology of Chouette.

Box equity may be overrated, but it exists - for some. It is like making checker play errors to complicate the position against a weaker player. There pretty quickly comes a point where in an attempt to milk a skill advantage you give up more equity than you are ever likely to recover.
