Why 1st roll ROs?

Chuck Bower suggested a database. Why not an bg informator? I paid just a 1 year subscription to read the article about mythbusting the 5 point at gammon village. The rollouts are, so far as i see, an effort of the community. But i think many would pay a fee for a well done presentation of the data.
