Petko was playing White....

Was Petko the captain, or was Blue the only one remaining for the crew? I guess playing individual cubes, Blue crew (i.e. any crew member still in the game with cube access) could have made a unilateral redouble, also.

After our recent thread about kibs remaining silent, I wonder if that rule was broken here. (I assume chou players who are already out of the game due to D+P are effectively kibs.)
