Of specific concern is the situation where one of the clock types is a device designed for clocking table games, while the other is a device whose primary use is for something else ...

Imagine two smartphones, each with a clock app installed and communicating wirelessly with the other phone by bluetooth. So each player has their own device within easy reach (and easy viewing) displaying the times of both players.

Should this setup be discriminated against because the phones can also be used to track tweets from Charlie Sheen?
