Is there a place where all these new conventions are collected, as well as relatively new symbols as G, Y, M, %, &, #, §, ß?

I believe that you're joking about the last two -- don't give me any ideas. :)

M is in the current tutorial (diagram #29). You should be able to find G (Gremlin split), Y (Yoga split), % (alt slot), & (double slot), # (alt anchor), conventions, and much more, in Storm's Nactation postings - Update August 2010, or search for more recent postings with key word "Nactation."
