I won't debate the content of your answers here, but will just say that I think that these sorts of questions and answers go beyond the scope of a basic FAQ, because there's too much debate about them. For comparison, "Are clocks a good idea?" is certainly a frequently asked question, but IMO doesn't belong in a FAQ, which should try to stick to factual information.

Even the stuff about rollout etiquette could be debatable. I personally like your recommendations and try to follow them, but I would hesitate to lay down the law. Stick, of course, can and will decide how strict to be, but I'm just expressing my gut feeling about it.
