Is it possible to play with a clock and two sets of dice?

I personally would not mind (pick up dice after opp hits clock would be the way I'd implement it) but I think as a tournament director you should insist that if the opponent wants to use one set of dice, that is it. And maybe you should just say it is not allowed, period.

There is an advantage in keeping to one clearly defined set of rules.
