Is it possible to play with a clock and two sets of dice?

One of the great advantages of clocked play (beyond the time control) is that it makes the mechanics of the game much cleaner. You lose that advantage with two sets of dice. What if my opponent snatches up his dice and I contest what the roll was? With one set the dice are still on the board. And, of course, there is always the question of fast rolls with two sets.
