websites without timers for beginners

Your question seems contradictory when SHG does not have timers other than in the Cove, which I understand is timed at 2 minutes per move. Supposedly SHG's next bg ungrade is going to implement a clock option that is similar to that used for tournament play. I am looking forward to that because I occasionally get the slow play complaint on SHG, yet I have no problem staying within the 12 sec/2 minute per point time controls when playing live at my club. I do tend to rush some plays online --yes I should just ignore my opps complaints -- which I think I would not do with standard time controls. If you are playing clocked your opp has no room at all to complain about slow play because the clock will eventually determine if you are playing to slowly or not.
About the only time I will say anything to an opp about the speed of play is when there are long pauses between my move and their rolling the dice -- unless it is reasonable that they are considering a double -- or if they are taking an extended time to move on almost every play.
