It seems as though you are saying that the wastage for white is 4 pips worse than it is for blue. Is that indeed part of your claim? If so, your 4 pips figure is way off. It is very close to just being one pip (gnubg has a one sided rollout feature for races) and any theory that comes up with the correct win %age would need to be greatly fudged.
