Why do I suck? Epilogue

I think I managed to identify my main problem. It was playing speed! (as many of you mentioned)

Also, loss of concentration and focus was/is a problem, as Rew and Bob Koca suggested.

How did I notice that and how did I change my playing behavior?

For concentration and focus it was easy - stop chatting on gtalk, don't read BGO forums, stop checking news on Twitter, etc. while playing! And also, don't play when you're tired and don't play three or more matches in a row.
Pretty simple and logical, but until now I thought all that wouldn't reflect on my game. Of course I was wrong.

Changing playing speed was little bit more difficult, but here is what I did:

Instead of unnecessarily playing speedgammon, I started to play slowgammon with help from my clock app on the phone.
I've set time controls as one hour total time (not important), and 9 or 10 seconds reserve time (important). And I changed app settings so there is a beep after reserve time expires.
I forced myself not to make a move until I hear a beep!

Without clock it was too hard (impossible?) for me to change playing speed. Even if I started match playing slowly, later I would again play too fast. But clock and beep disciplined me and I will continue to play like that until that becomes my natural speed of playing.

Result from only these two changes (ok, plus changing board style so now I have bigger board on GG)?

My online PR is much closer to PR in matches versus GnuBG, and I'm much more satisfied with my playing than before.
