On further reflection I believe you're right; White will hit only if it is in her interests to do so. However, since getting hit isn't so bad for us, I think she will not hit with all 5's and that even when she does hit it will usually be no disaster. 16/11 8/4 gives us a more flexible position and doesn't really cost much.
