Absolutely!

4-3[24/20, 13/10], 3-3, fan is a definite money cube. We're at least that good here. (Actually I think we are a bit better since the 7-point is valuable no matter what Stick rolls whereas the two split builders from the above mentioned common situation are merely potential assets.)
