What about people with headsets attached to their phone, supposedly listening to music? What's to say that some great player watching the game, or someone with access to XG, isn't telling them the proper checker plays and cube action over the phone?

Nothing, really. Do we think it's a big problem?

I like to listen to music while I'm playing, because BG playing rooms are noisy and distracting...

Cheating is prohibited already, I'd rather not throw the baby out with the bath water.
