BQ: Go for the bar point?

Behind in the race and with safe landing spots (and a need for builders) on the homeside, 13/8 looks to me like the best 5. Now I'm not sure what the best ace is, but 24/23, 8/7, and 6/5 are all candidates. Even outboarded, I'm leaning towards 6/5 because... where else are those stacked checkers on the 6-point needed? (Of course having missed many a slot opportunity, not just recently but what seems like over many years, I'm certainly vulnerable to pendulum swingitis.) 13/8, 6/5.
