Yes, they are sent to your email address. It will include all the positions from the week leading up to it, all positions are rolled out. Then there is basically an article where I chose 5 of the positions to discuss at length. When you receive the files you just open the one and it reads basically like a web page. I can give you my address to send a check if that's easiest for you.
