Watching matches is BOTH PLEASANT and useful. Watching and studying one's own matches has been the tool for improvement ever since Tom Weaver's bot. Humanity hammered it's wings licking the wounds. www.svilo.com/Matches. Commenting matches may be even more instructive than teaching. Woolsey, Robertie and many more today.

Teaching has the merits of "guided shooting" and is very efficient, but brings less discovery - new knowledge. One of the merits of teaching is preaching. Teaching others to teach and teachin others to love and to teach to love the game.
