At some level - maybe weak championship - a player could profit from slowly stepping through strongbot vs strongbot.

But beginning players - probably where the vast majority of teaching is done - wouldn't be able to internalize a thing from examining such a rollout list. Wouldn't have any idea how to slightly alter a position to see what was crucial. Wouldn't be able to form a candidates list, prior to seeing the move in a complicated middle game position.
