BQ: Stay back or run?

Any play that touches a back checker leaves at least a double shot. Blue's homeboard vulnerabilities don't make such a move any more attractive. Blue is still in this game, including the race. Getting hit now doesn't look good. As much as I hate to give up a valuable blocking point, I consider that the least of evils this turn. My usual GP in this type of situation is to concentrate on the checker already trapped rather than the future checkers that might never get hit. But this looks like an exception.
