Three cubes today? I'm in for a worse roughing up than usual.

Problem 1. I think splitting is called for in these kinds of positions, even when that is dangerous. 24/22, 8/2

Problem 2. So White already passed up one chance to cube. Trying to ignore that hint, I'm thinking this is a bare take. If White's back checkers were split I would pass. D+T

Problem 3. Nobody has made a homeboard point this game. Behind this far, I don't think the danger is great. At least hitting stems an attack in opp's board. 25/21, 11/9*

Problem 4. Maybe this is cube because of the huge race lead. However, the 11-point isn't so easy to clear, even against just the 20-point anchor. Blue may be able to hold onto the 15-point a few rolls. QF says this is a double (maybe it even says this is a pass), but OtB I wouldn't. N+T

Problem 5. Really? Do the extra checkers in the zone make this a double? I wouldn't have even considered this a cube turn, but that info and $2 will buy a Starbucks. N+T
