Carter,

We have a difference of opinion.

You think that your heckling was entertaining. I think it was retarded.

You think I am a "punkass" for having been being bothered by it. I think you are a dickhead for thinking I am a punkass.

You think that by needling Falafel you made a contribution to society, "injecting levity into the situation." I think that the match was already being carried out in a good-natured and light-hearted enough mood, and that you were simply bored that you were not the center of attention.

You say I am not telling the whole story. But I don't know the whole story, nor is it relevant. Whatever transpired between you and Falafel in the making of your bet, that was your personal drama. This was a team event, and if any of Falafel's teammates made it clear to you (as I did) that your jeering was unwelcome, you should have had the courtesy to stop. Yes, as you observe, the other players on our team, including your roommate David Wells, ignored you. I should have done so as well. My bad.
