Bill, Europe is small enough without you taking Cyprus away from it! Please give it back. Thank you! ;-)

I think Chiva does a lot for the game and usually has his reasons for what he does (which does not mean that I always fully agree). Here I am curious about the reasons for the dates of the event - if there was for some reason no real choice, that would be useful to know.
