In Response To: tournament rules and ethics (Chiva Tafazzoli)

need to be available to all players in a language they understand. also, playing mechanics should be stressed at tourneys --- perhaps a slight presentation at the beginning of play? and opportunity for participants to ask questions if they do not understand.
