for some reason i had just assumed that this rule was so obvious that other tds besides chiva would handle it accordingly.apprently this was not the case,this is why i brought it up .Phil, i think u completly misundersatnd this subject matter.i dont much care for being anice guy.there are rules,true.this is such ahorrible rule,how is it that no other td as i see it other than chiva addressed it in what i call"the right way"?there are afew examples that i can use to describe this sort of attitude expressed by phil and others about the Rules".the point being is it that hard for us as awhole to see right from wrong???? or is it that we must obey arule that basically encourages cheating????
