BTW, are you sure Barclay was a smoker? How about Bruce Becker?

Are the last two factors ('D' for pre-Crawford and 'T' for Crawford) in the numerator or denominator? If the former, then it's better to put it at the beginning of the term; if the latter then you need [] brackets around the full denominators. All of this to prevent confusion and/or annoying questions like mine. :)

Did you compare your formula to the entire R-K MET for all scores in a 15-point match? If so, what were the largest deviations, and how many were > 0.25%?
