Longer GNU-bg ROLLOUT

There's about a 2.5 JSD difference in equities between the two bots for the play that breaks the 8-point. The equity difference is small (~0.005) between those two. It would take deeper investigation to really see if the bots are playing differently, but at most it must not be much of an effect.
