Should I switch from GNUbg to XG? What about BGblitz?

I think you once said that authors of BG books should use multiple bots to check rollouts (I can't supply the exact source; some forum post, most likely).

Do you still think so, or do you think the latest versions of XG and beta-XG2 are now so strong that your previous advice no longer applies?

With limited CPU time it's impractical to do extensive rollouts with multiple blots, but time-intensive or not, long systematic comparative studies of bot performance might locate certain strengths and weaknesses which might occasionally favor rollouts of some other bot over XG or XG2. Maybe GNU plays some certain type of position a little better than XG, for example.
