1. I don't understand what you mean by "you can copy and play from the position and then you need to play the move you're interested in forcing into the list." Does that force a move onto the list, and if so, how?

2. Rich apparently was able to roll out the kamikaze play in 2010, not in the top 32 choices, before XG2. How? Did he do what you were suggesting?
