To get a candidate play into the list of moves:

  1. Set up the position with dice roll to be played.
  2. Go to Setup >> Play from Position
  3. For the player who will be playing the roll make sure to select a human player
  4. Hit ok and make the move that wasn't previously in the candidate moves list, the play you want to add/roll out. Voilą, it's added to the list and you can roll it out normally now.
