For money it is take and if the score were 4:3 it is also take. With 6:3 it is also a take. So it has to do with the match score. Every gammon wins the match. Maybe the difference between a 3:5 and a 3:6 trail is not that big, so it is better to drop here?! The secrets of match score related cube decisions...
