cube position

This position is borderline Take/Pass desicion at money game. However it is a whole different story at 4away 6away.

If 6away takes,

1, 4away wins gammon, it is a match. Even it is unlikely to happen, it is really big if it happens.

2, 4away is likely to win, and it pushes him 2away 6away which is very good score for the leader.

So why not drop this cube and make it 3away 6away, where it is much harder for the leader to use cube and easier for the trailer.

You can remember all the numbers and go some math over the board, but I couldn't do it, so thats the way I do. Also current time control usually don't allow to do.
